Si par malchance, une partie ou la totalité de la commande arrivait endommagée, merci d'envoyer un mail rapidement à mudracrea@gmail.com, comprenant une photographie prouvant le malheur (et pourquoi pas aussi des conditions de l'extérieur du packaging, qui aurait été abimé). Une réclamation sera faite auprès du service postal choisi, nous vous tiendrons informé.e et ferons de notre mieux pour résoudre ce problème, avec vous.
